    Yes. Every product we sell is 100% original and factory sealed. We never sell resealed or repacked product.

  • What language is this product in?

    The language is always shown at the top of the product page. If a product is listed as English, you'll receive the English edition; Japanese, Korean and Chinese products are clearly marked as such.

  • How do you protect products during shipping?

    Every order is packed with care using protective packaging to prevent dents, bends or damage in transit.

  • How much is delivery and how fast is it?

    Delivery is free on every UK order, with no minimum spend. In-stock orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days and usually arrive 3–5 business days later, and you'll receive a tracking number by email.

  • How do pre-orders work?

    Pre-order products are clearly marked, and each one shows its ship date on the product page. Your order is dispatched on that date. Questions about a pre-order? Just email us.

  • Do you sell Japanese, Korean and Chinese products?

    Yes — we carry a wide range of Asian Pokémon products. The language of each product is shown on its product page, and you can browse them all in our Asian Pokémon collection.

  • Which free gifts come with this product?

    Free gifts depend on what you buy — your bag always shows them before you pay.

    Yes — and everything in your order counts (gift cards excluded): card sleeves from $20, sleeves + toploaders from $40, a Vault X binder from $70 (you choose the colour) and a mystery gift from the set you bought from $120. On top of that, booster boxes, Elite Trainer Boxes and Ultra-Premium Collections come with sleeves + toploaders; 2 ETBs add an ETB acrylic case and 3 add two; English Pokémon booster boxes, Ultra-Premium Collections and graded cards also come with an acrylic case; and any 2 boxes, ETBs, premium collections or graded cards add a Vault X binder. The free gifts are added to your bag automatically.

  • Do you offer bundle savings?

    Yes. Most products have volume prices: buy 2 or more and each unit is about 10% cheaper, buy 3 or more and each is about 15% cheaper (items under $10: from 3 and from 6 units). Different models of the same product count together. Your bag switches to the lower price automatically as you add more, and the checkout shows and charges that same price.

  • What is your return policy?

    You can return products within 30 days of delivery — sealed products must be unopened with the seal intact. Please contact us before sending anything back. Gift cards can't be returned. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the item. Full return policy

  • My item arrived damaged or I received the wrong item.

    Sorry about that! Email us with your order number and photos of the item and packaging, and we'll make it right.

  • Can I change or cancel my order?

    Contact us as soon as possible at finfrock111@gmail.com. If your order hasn't shipped yet, we'll do our best to update or cancel it. If you entered a wrong shipping address, let us know immediately.

  • Is checkout secure?

    Yes. Payments are processed securely by Stripe over an encrypted connection, and your card details are never seen or stored by us. All prices are in USD.
