Astral Society One ("we", "us", "our") operates this online store and website, including all related content, features and services (the "Services"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use and share your personal information when you visit our store, make a purchase or otherwise communicate with us. Our store is powered by Shopify.

2. Where we get it

  • Directly from you when you place an order, create an account, subscribe to our emails or contact us.

  • From service providers and partners that help us run the store, such as Shopify, payment processors, shipping carriers and analytics or advertising providers.

3. How we use your information

  • To communicate with you: send order confirmations, shipping and tracking updates, and answer your questions.

The Services are hosted by Shopify, which collects and processes information about your use of the store to provide and improve the Services. Shopify also uses some of that information, together with data from other merchants, to offer enhanced features. In those cases Shopify is responsible for processing that information. 6. Cookies and similar technologies

We use cookies to keep items in your cart, complete checkout, remember your preferences, measure traffic and support advertising. You can control cookies in your browser settings, but some parts of the store may not work properly without them. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as a request to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information for that browser and device. We do not respond to other "Do Not Track" signals.

We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights. To stop marketing emails, use the unsubscribe link in any of our emails. We may still send you messages about your account and orders.

We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide the Services, maintain your account, complete transactions, resolve disputes, meet legal, tax and accounting obligations and enforce our agreements.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please use a strong password and do not share your account details.
