5. Products
Certain products may be available exclusively online through the website. These products may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Return & Refund Policy. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate. Packaging and artwork can vary slightly between print runs and regions.
We sell authentic products obtained through legitimate distribution channels. The contents of booster packs and other randomized products are random, and specific cards or pull rates are never guaranteed. We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction, and to limit the quantities of any products that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.
6. Pre-orders, volume pricing and free gifts
Pre-order products are clearly marked and show their expected ship date. Dates are estimates and may change. Volume prices and free gifts are applied automatically in your cart according to the offers shown on the site at the time of purchase, and we may change or end them at any time. Free gifts have no cash value and are returned together with the products that qualified for them.
7. Accuracy of billing and account information
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. If we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the email and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store, and to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and payment card details, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
8. Pricing errors
If a product is listed at an incorrect price because of a typographical or system error, we may refuse or cancel any orders placed for that product, whether or not the order has been confirmed. If your payment has already been taken, we will refund it in full.
9. Optional tools
We may provide you with access to third-party tools over which we neither monitor nor have any control nor input. You acknowledge and agree that we provide access to such tools "as is" and "as available" without any warranties, representations or conditions of any kind and without any endorsement. Any use by you of the optional tools offered through the site is entirely at your own risk and discretion.
