Prices and currency
All prices on Astral Society are shown in pounds sterling (GBP). Delivery is free on every order, so the total you see in your bag is the total you pay at checkout.
Accepted payment methods
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. You can pay with Visa, Mastercard and other major debit and credit cards. Depending on your device and browser, digital wallets such as Apple Pay or Google Pay may also be offered. The options available to you are always shown at checkout.
Security
Checkout uses encrypted (HTTPS/TLS) connections. Your card details are entered on and processed by our payment provider — Astral Society never sees or stores your full card number. Some payments may require extra verification from your bank (for example 3D Secure).
When you are charged
Your payment is taken when you place your order, including for pre-orders. You will receive an order confirmation by email straight away. If we can't fulfil an order or a pre-order, we refund you in full to your original payment method.
Order limit
To keep payments secure, a single order can be up to £300. If you'd like to buy more, simply place a separate order.
Volume prices and free gifts
When you buy several units of the same product, your bag switches automatically to the lower volume price per unit (for example "Buy 2+ · save £3.00 each"). That price and its saving are shown in your bag and at checkout, and that is exactly what you pay. Free gifts are added to your bag at £0.
Payment problems or unexpected charges
If a payment fails, you are charged twice, or you see a charge you don't recognise, please email finfrock111@gmail.com with your order number (if you have one) and the date and amount of the charge. We will look into it and, if a mistake has been made, refund it. You can also always contact your card issuer.
